The Supreme Court is set to deliver opinions Tuesday morning as it looks to clear its docket before summer recess. Rulings in several high-profile cases are expected to be announced before July.

New York, Maryland and Utah are holding primary elections Tuesday, and South Carolina will host its primary runoffs. All eyes are on New York City, where democratic socialists are battling against progressives and a flood of AI spending has taken center stage.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, FBI Director Kash Patel, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and CMS Director Mehmet Oz will hold a press conference later Tuesday morning on federal anti-fraud efforts.

President Trump will travel Tuesday afternoon to Pennsylvania to deliver remarks.
