Vice Studios president Amy Powell has announced her executive team: Adam Kassan has been named executive VP, scripted film and television; Cat Lawson is exec VP of unscripted; Claire Marshall has been promoted to head of international scripted and Paul Randle has been promoted to managing director, Vice Studios UK, and global head of business affairs. All four will report to Powell, who revealed the structure on Thursday.

“We now have exceptional IP, an incredible team of creative and production executives, and people across the company who genuinely care about the work,” Powell said. “I feel lucky to be building Vice Studios alongside each of them. It’s especially meaningful to welcome Adam and Cat as they join our team, and to recognize Claire and Paul, who’ve been such an important part of building this team to date.”
