Spike Jonze is putting his director’s eye on a different kind of frame.
The Oscar-winning filmmaker has teamed with Warby Parker on a limited-edition eyewear collection launching Sept. 1, reviving four of his favorite discontinued frames from the brand’s archives. Jonze has worn Warby Parker glasses for more than a decade and is a regular at the company’s Glendale, Calif., store. Last year, he approached the brand himself about collaborating, eventually landing on the idea of bringing back several sold-out styles he still wears.
