On Friday, Amazon’s Prime Video announced that “Spider-Noir” wouldn’t be back for a Season 2. Two days later, the series landed five wins at the Emmys Night 2 ceremony.

According to awards gurus who track these things, that’s the most Emmy wins ever for a series canceled after its first season. (“Lovecraft Country” in 2020 and “My World And Welcome to It” in 1969 each had two wins.)
