Netflix is developing a series version of the Jodi Picoult novel “The Book of Two Ways,” Variety has learned exclusively from sources.

The project hails from Matthew B. Roberts, who will pen the adaptation in addition to serving as executive producer and showrunner. Sony Pictures Television, where Roberts is under an overall deal, will produce.

Netflix declined to comment. Reps for Roberts and Picoult declined to comment.
