HBO The second episode of “Euphoria” Season 3 hit 8.5 million viewers across HBO and HBO Max in its first three days, matching the viewership of the season premiere.
Statistics for both episodes were measured by Warner Bros. Discovery and refer to viewership in the U.S. alone. WBD notes that Sunday’s episode outperformed the second episode of Season 2 by 32%; that reached 6.4 million viewers in three days. It should be noted that it aired in 2022, and “Euphoria” stars such as Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney and Jacob Elordi have skyrocketed in popularity since then, making a viewership increase expected.
To date, the Season 3 premiere has jumped from its initial three-day tally of 8.5 million to more than 12.3 million viewers in the U.S. The global total has surpassed 20 million viewers, a 68% improvement on the global viewership reached by the Season 2 premiere in the same amount of time.
