Zayn Malik performs onstage in 2025 Kevin Mazur/Getty Images Zayn Malik has revealed that he’s in the hospital. The pop star shared the news on his Instagram stories with a photo of himself in a hospital gown and bed. He also included a note to his fans:
“Thank you to all of you for your love & support now & always — been a long week and am still unexpectedly recovering,” he wrote. “Heartbroken that I can’t see you all this week, I wouldn’t be in the place I am today without you guys and am so thankful for your understanding,” Malik added.
The singer went on to thank “the incredible hospital staff” including “Drs, nurses, cardiologist, management, admin.” He did not reveal the reason for his hospitalization or the duration of his stay.
Representatives for Malik did not immediately return Rolling Stone’s request for comment.
