The premiere of Season 23 of Grey’s Anatomy airs tonight, Thursday, Oct. 15, at 7:00 p.m. PT/10:00 p.m. ET on ABC. For viewers without cable, the live broadcast is available through DirecTV, Hulu + Live TV, Fubo and Sling TV. DirecTV, Hulu + Live TV and Fubo offer free trials to eligible customers, meaning you can catch the season premiere of Grey’s Anatomy for free during its air time. The episode will be available to stream on demand on Hulu the following day.

Season 23 picks up after the devastating Royer Bridge collapse, with Meredith Grey and Nick Marsh engaged and Owen Hunt and Teddy Altman leaving for Paris. Fans said goodbye to Dr. Hunt (Kevin McKidd) and Dr. Altman (Kim Raver) during the Season 22 finale, but Ellen Pompeo returns alongside fellow original cast members, Chandra Wilson and James Pickens Jr. The new season will see James Wolk joining the cast in a recurring role as Dr. Seth Norton and Schitt’s Creek alum Sarah Levy portraying a pregnant patient.
