After Jay-Z’s hotly anticipated Yankee Stadium concerts sold out, the Brooklyn-born rapper announced dates in Los Angeles and Paris last week to mark 30 years since the release of his landmark debut, Reasonable Doubt.

Hov will perform in Los Angeles on Oct. 23 and in Paris on Sept. 10 following his July dates at Yankee Stadium.

Tickets landed on general sale on Friday for the new dates, and surprisingly, some tickets are still available for the L.A. show at SoFi Stadium on primary marketplace Ticketmaster. Fans can also shop tickets through resale sites like StubHub and SeatGeek if their preferred section is sold out.

It’s a rare treat to see Jay-Z performing again, after what has been a quiet few years. He closed out Roots Picnic in May with a string of special guests, although most of the attention went to his no-holds-barred freestyle that seemingly took aim at former collaborators Drake, Kanye West, and Nicki Minaj.

His last solo album was 2017’s 4:44, while 2018 saw the release of the collaborative album Everything Is Love alongside Beyoncé, released as the Carters. He’s been mum on new music, telling GQ in March, “I don’t know what I need to create currently that’s going to fulfill me and make me happy because that’s most important.”

Jay-Z’s upcoming New York, Los Angeles, and Paris dates can be found on Ticketmaster. For sold-out shows or sections with limited seats, you can check resale sites like StubHub, SeatGeek, and VividSeats. Here’s where you can find tickets and how much you can expect to pay.

StubHub

Tickets for Jay-Z’s SoFi Stadium date start at less than $150 for the upper sections, while pit seats start at $1,500. The New York dates are considerably more expensive; tickets for the July 12 date, billed as “Extra Innings,” start at $343 on StubHub for a single ticket.

SeatGeek

Tickets for Jay-Z’s Los Angeles date start at $116 on SeatGeek, while the July 10 in the Bronx starts at $321. SeatGeek has tickets for the July 12 date starting at $310 for a single ticket. New users can use code ROLLINGSTONE10 to get a small $10 off $250+ orders.

VividSeats

VividSeats is another option, which also has listings for Jay-Z’s Paris date. Like other retailers, prices are lower for the Los Angeles date than the hometown shows; a single ticket will set you back $323 on VividSeats for the July 10 date, compared to $131 for L.A.
