Slayyyter performs on 'The Tonight Show' Todd Owyoung/NBC via Getty Images Slayyyter made her TV debut on The Tonight Show on Tuesday night, appearing on the late-night show to perform her song “Dance.” The singer took the stage alongside a live band for a rousing rendition of the anthemic track, which comes off her latest album, Worst Girl in America.
Worst Girl in America marked Slayyyter’s third LP, and followed her earlier two album, Troubled Paradise and Starfucker. “Dance” was originally released in January. She explained that it was one of the first new songs she wrote. “I feel like everything sounds kind of different,” she noted of the LP. “But I was using that as a through line. I just loved it.”
