Justin Downing/Netflix “Unchosen” debuted as the most-watched TV series on Netflix during the week of April 20-26, hitting 10.4 million views in its first six days of availability after its April 21 premiere.
It was outdone by a few titles on the movies chart, though; the thriller “Apex” debuted at No. 1 with 38.2 million views in three days, followed by the South African film “180” with 17.5 million views in its second week on the chart and the comedy “Roommates” with 12.1 million views, also in its second week.
Back on the TV chart, Kate Hudson’s “Running Point” came in second place, debuting with 5.3 million views in four days. At No. 3 was “Beef” Season 2 with 4.1 million views, making a 70% jump from its slow start the week before, when it debuted at No. 10 with with 2.4 million views in four days.
