Joan Baez, Tom Morello, Bruce Springsteen Douglas Mason/Getty Images; Griffin Lotz; Sacha Lecca Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters, Joan Baez, and more artists and activist are among the star-studded lineup for Tom Morello’s Power to the People Festival. The one-day event takes place on Oct. 3 at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland.
Morello announced the festival while on tour with Springsteen during their stop at Nationals Park last night.
Curated by Morello, who is also performing, the fest’s lineup of artists and activists also features Dave Matthews, Brittany Howard, Dropkick Murphys, Jack Black (featuring Roman Morello, Revel Ian, Yoyoka Soma and Hugo Weiss), Serj Tankian, Cypress Hill, Killer Mike, grandson, Taylor Momsen, Matt Cameron, and the Linda Lindas, alongside artwork and a DJ set by Shepard Fairey.
