©Warner Bros/Courtesy Everett Collection Tom Felton is extending his run as the platinum-blonde baddie Draco Malfoy in Broadway‘s “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.”
He joined the show in November 2025 and was scheduled to depart on March 22, 2026. He will now remain with the production through Nov. 1, 2026. Felton is not scheduled to appear at performances on May 11 through 31, Aug. 17-23, Sept. 14-20 and Oct. 12-18.
This marks Felton’s Broadway debut. It’s also the first time an original “Harry Potter” cast member has joined the stage production of “Cursed Child.” Since Felton reprised as Draco Malfoy, whom he portrayed in all eight “Harry Potter” films, “Cursed Child” has held the No. 1 spot at the Broadway box office. It’s the highest-grossing production in the history of the Lyric Theatre, setting the house record at $3.7 million for the nine-performance week ending Dec. 28, 2025.
