Christopher Nolan‘s “The Odyssey” may not be out for another month, but it’s already smashing sales records in the U.K.

The BFI Imax, the U.K.’s largest screen — owned and operated by the British Film Institute and located in central London — has revealed that it sold 28,000 tickets in its first 24 hours, breaking the venue’s first day sales records with a total gross of £750,000 ($1 million).
