The Army Opens Inquiry After Kid Rock’s Personal Apache Helicopter Flyby

The Army has opened an inquiry into two videos shared by Kid Rock that show a pair of Apache helicopters flying by his Nashville residence over the weekend, Pentagon officials told the New York Times.

A rep for Rock did not immediately respond to Variety‘s request for comment.

Rock posted the videos to X on Saturday afternoon. The first video shows the musician clapping and saluting one of the attack choppers, which hovers just off the perimeter of his “Southern White House” before flying away. The second video shows the Apache turning to face Rock as a second chopper zooms by in the background.
