TaiwanPlus TaiwanPlus and GoldenTV have entered a programming partnership that will see Taiwanese content made available through GoldenTV’s cable and streaming operations in the U.S.
TaiwanPlus will supply a selection of its programming to GoldenTV’s distribution network, with the aim of reaching both Asian American and Pacific Islander viewers and the wider American public.
The centerpiece title of the agreement is “WOW! Taiwan,” TaiwanPlus’ flagship travel and culture series. The show takes international students enrolled at Taiwanese institutions as its subjects, using their experiences of settling into island life as a lens through which to explore Taiwanese food, customs, lesser-known destinations and daily cultural life. The series will feature across both GoldenTV and its affiliated platform ChimeTV.
