A pair of new series got off to good starts in Nielsen’s streaming rankings for May 11-17, but the overall top 10 was led by a one-off special.

Netflix’s Roast of Kevin Hart led the week with 1.35 billion minutes of watch time in its first full week (it streamed live on May 10). That’s not quite as much viewing time as the 2024 roast of Tom Brady drew in its first full week in May 2024 (1.67 billion minutes) but is still a very strong number for a Netflix special.

The Boys (1.01 billion minutes of watch time) was the only series to cross the billion-minute mark for the week, but a few premieres performed fairly well. Netflix’s Nemesis led the group with 832 million viewing minutes, and Paramount+’s Yellowstone spinoff Dutton Ranch drew 725 million minutes for its first two episodes. Prime Video’s hockey romance Off Campus also made the top 10 original series chart with 516 million minutes of viewing.

The previous week‘s leader, former NBC series La Brea, fell back to fourth place overall with a still solid 997 million viewing minutes. Two movies also had strong showings: Sony’s animated film GOAT hit 1.07 billion minutes in its first few days on Netflix (it premiered May 14 on the streamer), and Remarkably Bright Creatures, also on Netflix, grew 25 percent week to week to 871 million minutes.

Nielsen’s streaming ratings cover viewing on TV sets only and don’t include minutes watched on computers or mobile devices. The ratings only measure U.S. audiences. The top streaming titles for May 11-17, 2026, are below.
