©Lions Gate/Courtesy Everett Collection Lionsgate is bringing “The Housemaid” to the London stage, with an adaptation of the Amanda Seyfriend/Sydney Sweeney-starrer set to bow next fall in Richmond.
Described as a “seductive psychological thriller,” it will be based on the novel by Freida McFadden and Paul Feig’s 2025 feature film adaptation, which starred Sweeney as troubled young woman Millie Calloway who goes to work for wealthy New York couple Nina and Andrew Winchester (Amanda Seyfried and Brandon Sklenar). In their home, she soon uncovers a web of deception.
