A man has been arrested after an alleged sexual assault at rapper Gunna's concert at the O2 Arena.

The Metropolitan Police said officers were called to the venue in North Greenwich, south-east London, at about 20:20 GMT on Wednesday.

The force said a woman in her 20s was approached from behind by a 26-year-old man who was "swiftly" arrested after being held by staff at the venue. He remains in police custody.

The victim is being supported by specially-trained officers, according to the Met, which says it is prioritising women's safety by working closely with venues to provide training for staff.

Gunna is an American rapper from Atlanta with more than six million followers on Instagram who is best known for songs such as Drip Too Hard with Lil Baby.

He is currently on a world tour with two dates in London before heading to Manchester then to Europe.
