Savannah Guthrie is set to make her return to NBC’s “Today” this week and the network is expecting big ratings, for the episode as the beloved anchor is welcomed back to Studio 1A in Rockefeller Plaza after a two-month absence due to her mother’s ongoing disappearance.
Guthrie is set to appear on Monday’s “Today” Show broadcast (April 6), with the news announced during the second part of her interview with Hoda Kotb that aired on Friday. NBC has not disclosed the exact capacity of Guthrie’s return or what segments she will be part of, but the longtime TV personality says she welcomes the chance to find some normalcy in her life again.
