Robert Pattinson is getting some special recognition after his very busy year.

The star will be honored as the 40th recipient of the American Cinematheque Award, presented at the organization’s Beverly Hills gala on Feb. 9. In 2026 alone, Pattinson has starred in The Drama, The Odyssey, Primetime and the upcoming Dune: Part Three, and the evening will celebrate those as well as his wide-ranging two-decade career.

“Rob has built an extraordinary career defined by his unwavering dedication to his craft, fearless creative choices, and remarkable versatility as an actor. From his collaborations with some of cinema’s most visionary filmmakers to his ability to captivate audiences in major studio blockbusters, Rob has continually challenged expectations and demonstrated the power of great storytelling,” American Cinematheque board chair Rick Nicita said in a statement. “Rob is the perfect choice to receive this award and join our esteemed list of artists who not only love cinema but continue to have a deep impact on our industry. We are thrilled that his filming schedule has allowed us the opportunity to recognize his exceptional contributions to film and we look forward to celebrating his continued achievements.”
