Scott Kowalchyk /CBS Stephen Colbert has been milking the heck out of his final weeks as host of “The Late Show” (and rightfully so). There’s been Obama, Hanks, Oliver, Stewart, and even throwing furniture off the roof of the Ed Sullivan Theater with his predecessor David Letterman. For his penultimate episode of “The Late Show,” Colbert brought out a smorgasbord of celebrity friends, ranging from Aubrey Plaza to Martha Stewart. All his guests served as host, asking Colbert — who sat on the guest sofa — a fairly random question, e.g., “What is your favorite action movie?”
