PlayStation will increase the price of its PS5 gaming console in the U.S. to $650 beginning April 2, part of a global price hike across several Sony gaming console products.

The domestic PS5 price will jump $100 from its current retail rate at $550. The digital edition will rise from $499 to $599. And the PlayStation 5 Pro will jump from $750 to $900.

PlayStation is also raising the price of its PlayStation Portal remote player to $250.
