The best MMA fighters in the world travel to Spain for PFL Madrid. The the main card pits Spanish fighter Costello van Steenis (17-3-0) defending his PFL Middleweight World Championship against English fighter Fabian Edwards (16-4-0) in five-round title bout on ESPN Unlimited.

In Sept. 2020, van Steenis defeated Edwards in a split decision in Milan, Italy. Nearly six years later, the rematch is slated for Friday, Mar. 20. But now, in 2026, Edwards is considered the favorite to win the middleweight title and get some revenge against van Steenis.
