Based on one of Naver Webtoon's most successful action titles, the animation TV series has officially been greenlit and unveiled at the Annecy Animation Festival, launching the project on online channels worldwide

Following up Monday’s teasing announcement, Passion Paris and ADN have confirmed they have entered into co-production on an animated series adaptation of the globally acclaimed webtoon “Hero Killer,” to be helmed by “Moonlit Bamboo Forest” director David Pagaille.

The announcement was made today at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival, and joins a strong line-up of Passion Pictures projects presented at this year’s edition.
