Paradigm will launch a physical production department led by veteran agents Gil Harari and Jonathan Silverman.

Harari and Silverman previously held key roles at Paradigm, where each helped build and shape the agency’s physical production business during earlier chapters of their careers. The moves reunites them with the company but also signals a strategic effort to further strengthen Paradigm’s position in the feature and high-end television space.
