Getty French-Moroccan director Nabil Ayouch has assembled an international cast led by Noomi Rapace and Maryam Touzani for his next film, “Run, With No Tears,” a psychological thriller that will shoot in French and English.
The project, which starts filming in September, has been boarded by international sales banner Films Boutique ahead of the Cannes market.
The story follows two women who travel to Morocco to adopt another woman’s baby. The script was co-written by Touzani — whose last directorial effort, “Calle Málaga,” sold around the world and won the Audience Award at Venice — and Ayouch.
