Peacock Peacock has renewed “Nelly and Ashanti: We Belong Together” for a second season. Production will begin this month, and the new season is set to air later this year.
The news comes following the first season of the show’s successful June 2025 debut, with the series becoming Peacock’s second highest-reaching unscripted original freshman series.
“Nelly and Ashanti: We Belong Together,” starring the titular superstar music couple, gives audiences a behind the scenes look at the iconic duo’s high-profile lives. The two, who married in 2023, are now the parents of a toddler, meaning they’ll have to balance their careers and business ventures with navigating their blended family. “This season offers an intimate look at their next chapter as they navigate love, family and global careers,” reads the official logline.
