Levon Hawke (Blink Twice, Marty Supreme) has joined the cast of the Prime Video series, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. Sources say he’ll be playing Mr. Smith — or rather, one of the Mr. Smiths, as the show will feature several characters using the pseudonym in the coming season. The show is in production in Los Angeles.
Hawke joins a cast that also include Mark Eydelshteyn, Talia Ryder, Francesca Scorsese and Matt Rogers. Details about how the various Smiths and other characters will come together are being kept under wraps.

Anna Ouyang Moench is the showrunner for season two of Mr. & Mrs. Smith. She joined the show in January, taking over for co-creator and season one showrunner Francesca Sloane. Moench’s hiring came after co-studios Amazon MGM and New Regency hit pause on the show last fall, coinciding with Sloane signing an overall deal at HBO.
Moench is executive producing season two with season one stars Donald Glover (who also co-created the series) and Maya Erskine, Yariv Milchan, Michael Schaefer, Stephen Glover, Anthony Katagas and Fam Udeorji. Donald Glover is also directing a few episodes in season two.
Hawke’s acting credits Apple TV’s 2023 series The Crowded Room and feature film The Thicket. He’ll next be seen in Focus Features’ Girls Like Girls, which is set for a June 19 release, and recently wrapped filming on A24’s Peaked. Hawke has also collaborated with his sister, Maya Hawke, on a few songs she has recorded.
Hawke is repped by CAA and Hansen Jacobson.
