The viral sensation announced a five-city tour, Mr. Fantasy’s Sexy Little Tour, Wednesday morning. The tour announcement comes just days before his debut album, Fantasyland, which drops on Friday (June 26).
The limited engagement kicks off in Los Angeles on July 15 at the El Rey Theatre. He’ll then head to Dallas, Nashville, New York and Chicago.
Sexy Little Tour will be Mr. Fantasy’s first string of live shows since he broke internet containment last year. Mr. Fantasy started as a viral internet persona and has since grown into a string of singles leading into Fantasyland. His titular debut single was a hit on TikTok, which included a music video of the musician around L.A. The track topped Spotify’s global viral songs chart and has more than 10 million streams.

Mr. Fantasy’s real identity has been a hot topic in certain online spaces, as many fans have speculated that it’s actually the alter ego of Riverdale actor KJ Apa. The actor had been silent on the speculation until last month when Apa called Mr. Fantasy “a fucking liar and a thief” in a video posted to Instagram.
“So there has been something going on for a long time that I haven’t addressed because I didn’t think it was even worth addressing. But now, because of how it’s impacted my life personally, I feel like I have to talk about it, and I don’t usually do this, take things here to talk about,” the actor said in the video.
He adds, “But I have to do it now because it’s hurting me and my career, and there was recently a music video that was released that included a bunch of people who were really close to me by a guy who’s completely and utterly stolen my image and misappropriated my image. And I think we all know who we’re talking about.”
Apa’s talking about Mr. Fantasy’s “Do Me Right” music video, which featured a slew of celebrities including Apa’s former Riverdale costars Camila Mendes, Lili Reinhart and Madelaine Petsch. The beef has seemingly ceased though as “the pair” were spotted out to dinner a few weeks later.
Tickets for Mr. Fantasy’s Sexy Little Tour go onsale Thursday at 10 a.m. local time. Details can be found on his website.
