Everett Collection “The Odyssey” held onto its commanding lead at the South Korean box office during the weekend of Sep. 4–6.
According to data from KOBIS, the tracking service operated by the Korean Film Council, the Christopher Nolan-directed tentpole generated $5.9 million from 698,384 admissions over the three-day frame across 1,858 screens, capturing 60.92% of the total weekend market. With its fifth consecutive weekend victory, the blockbuster officially crossed the milestone of ten million admissions, pushing its cumulative haul to $83.2 million from 10,027,970 total viewers since its Aug. 5 debut.
