According to data from KOBIS, the tracking service operated by the Korean Film Council, the web-slinging sequel generated a colossal $16.9 million from 2,252,930 admissions over the three-day frame across 2,409 screens, capturing an overwhelming 80.63% share of total weekend revenue. Since launching wide on July 29, the tentpole has pulled in a cumulative gross of $25 million from 3,384,147 total admissions. Of this, Imax accounted for $2.4 million, making it the highest grossing Imax opening weekend of all time in the territory.
