Judge blocks Kennedy Center closure, Trump renaming

A federal judge on Friday blocked the rebranding of the Kennedy Center to include President Trump’s name and ruled that officials improperly voted to close it starting this summer.  U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper sided with Rep.
