Johnny Knoxville collided with CinemaCon to reveal the first look at Jackass: Best and Last.

Paramount Pictures releases Jeff Tremaine’s latest sequel in theaters June 26. The film continues the hijinks for the franchise that last hit the big screen with 2022’s Jackass Forever.

Knoxville took the stage and said he felt emotional, knowing that the film is purportedly the final one in the series: “Jackass means a hell of a lot to me and our cast and crew that has been together for over 25 years.”

The cast includes original Jackass members Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Wee Man, Preston Lacy, Dave England and Danger Ehren, along with more recent additions Poopies, Zach Holmes, Jasper Dolphin, Rachel Wolfson and Eric Manaka.

In the trailer, Knoxville says that he’s feeling sad about the films coming to an end. When asked if he feels the same way, Pontius responds that he “not in touch with my emotions.”

The footage shows that the movie will combine new footage with classic highlights from over the years. As to be expected for the franchise, the trailer includes livestock, tasers and people experiencing pain below the belt. One new sequence teases the “escape room from hell.”

Jackass: Best and Last is the fifth main feature installment for the film series that kicked off with 2002’s Jackass: The Movie. The franchise began with the MTV series Jackass that counted Knoxville, Jeff Tremaine and Spike Jonze as producers. It launched in 2000, focusing on the cast performing pain-inflicting stunts and other pranks.

CinemaCon is the annual event for exhibitors and Hollywood studios that runs this year from April 13-16. It is the official convention of Cinema United.
