Video footage of a disturbing incident has gone viral on social media. It shows a group of teenagers trashing a Chipotle restaurant, hurling chairs at each other, and causing chaos as frightened customers hide in the corner. It’s all the more disturbing for me because it took place in my own neighborhood.   If this was a one-off incident, perhaps members of the community…
