Adéla caught up with Rolling Stone for an episode of Song Shuffle at Lollapalooza 2026.
First up: Beyoncé’s “Don’t Hurt Yourself,” from her 2016 classic Lemonade. “I am really unhealthily obsessed with her, and I’ve always been,” she says of the track, which features Jack White. “She was the person that has inspired me to do what I do. I remember listening to Lemonade for the first time and hearing this song. The unfiltered rage, she literally is screaming. I love it so much. And Jack White is a fucking legend. It’s the craziest combo ever.”
She also recalled seeing The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour in April 2013 in her hometown of Bratislava, Slovakia. “She came to Slovakia, which not a lot of artists do,” she says. “I fell asleep because I was so young, it was my bedtime. But I remember that ‘Love on Top’ came on at the end of the show, and I resurrected. And then I fell back asleep. Core memory.”
