How to Watch ‘Age Inappropriate,’ the Age-Gap Reality Dating Series, Online for Free

Just when you think reality television has covered it all, a new dating show premieres this week that looks at “extreme age-gap relationships.”

Age Inappropriate is an eight-episode series airing on We TV that follows five couples with age differences ranging from 19 to 41 years. “People think we’re father and daughter,” teases one trailer for the show.

Where to Watch Age Inappropriate on TV

Age Inappropriate premieres on Friday, Aug. 7, at 6 p.m. ET/PT on We TV with repeats scheduled throughout the weekend. New episodes air every Friday night at 6 p.m. You can watch Age Inappropriate on TV with any cable package that includes We TV (formerly known as the WE: Women’s Entertainment network).

According to a press release, the couples in Season One of Age Inappropriate represent four different age demographics paired up in extreme combinations: Think Baby Boomers with millennials, or Gen Xers with Gen Zers. The widest age gap is between 74-year-old baby boomer Eric and his 33-year-old wife Tynisha.

The other couples are Brooke, 47, and Kai, 28; Kent, 60, and Jay-Anne, 29; Janet, 60, and Drew, 40; and Vic, 50, and Caroline, 24.

As a show description teases, “Age-gap relationships are layered with complexities of power dynamics, family pressure, stereotypes, financial imbalance, and yes, true love. Experience, money, and life stage are powerful forces that can turn passion into pressure, sexual chemistry into combustion, and ultimately, love into hate. Age Inappropriate comes on the heels of Netflix’s Age of Attraction, which premiered in March. TLC, meantime, has had multiple seasons of 90-Day Fiance feature couples with large age gaps, and the network aired a show called MILF Manor in 2023. It was canceled after two seasons.
