For tonight’s cover though (a Styles tradition), the singer-songwriter eschewed anything from the King and picked a track that had deep personal meaning. Nodding to his 16-year-old self, Styles changed into the outfit he wore at his X Factor audition before performing Stevie Wonder’s “Isn’t She Lovely,” the same song that he used to audition for the show.

Fans were already eagerly anticipating the first surprise song of the weekend in the days leading up to the show. On Wednesday, Oct. 28, at the final non-Harryween concert of the Together, Together residency, Styles shocked the crowd with his first performance of “Ever Since New York” in four years.
Five years have passed since the last time Styles hosted Harryween in New York City. Back in 2021, he similarly performed for two Halloween shows. For the first, he emerged as Dorothy with his band dressed as different Wizard of Oz characters. That night, he clicked his heels and covered “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.”
The second night welcomed a bit of Britney Spears inception. Styles stepped onto the stage in an elaborate white ruffle clown costume, his band in more colorful variations of the circus-ready look. For the surprise cover song of the night, Styles tore through a jaw-dropping Spears cover — and though “Circus” might have been the more fitting pick, his rendition of “Toxic” brought MSG to its knees.
