CBS has renewed the true crime documentary series “Harlan Coben‘s Final Twist” for Season 2, Variety has learned.

The announcement was made alongside the reveal of CBS’ 2026-2027 fall schedule, with the show moving to Monday nights at 10 p.m. ET following new episodes of “FBI” and “CIA.” The first season aired on Tuesdays, having aired five episodes between Jan. 7 and Feb. 3.

“Harlan Coben’s Final Twist” is hosted by the celebrated mystery writer. The official logline states, “In each one-hour episode, Harlan will guide audiences through gripping tales of murder, high-profile crimes and life-altering surprises, each meticulously unraveled to reveal hidden truths, deceptions and lies. With exclusive interviews and never-before-seen archival materials, the series will provide an in-depth look at stories where nothing is as it seems.”
