Government information gathering and sharing are in peril 

The Trump administration is proposing a government-wide non-disclosure agreement for federal workers, which has been protested by free speech and open government groups as an assault on the First Amendment, and is compounded by cuts to the government workforce and increased political control over the federal workforce.
