LA Tourism The Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board is launching a new movie-tourism video series, “Go Vacation on Location” in partnership with Expedia to spotlight the city’s most visitor-friendly filming locations.
Hosted by real Hollywood location managers, the videos will show tourists and film fans around Los Angeles.
“Location scouts and managers are among the most important members of our industry’s creative teams and our communities’ best storytellers,” said writer and co-producer Harry Medved. “It’s a pleasure to help L.A. Tourism shine a spotlight on our unsung local heroes, bring them in front of the cameras and highlight their outstanding work in keeping production at home.”
