“Avengers: Infinity War,” “Black Panther” and “Bridgerton” have one thing in common – Exceptional Minds.

The North Hollywood-based non-profit training academy works to bring young adults on the autism spectrum into the digital arts.

When it was founded over 15 years ago, its core mission was to create a pathway for young people on the spectrum to explore the creative arts. The organization has since gone above and beyond to achieve this, with many former alumni going on to secure competitive jobs in their field of interest after graduation.
