Imagn Images The Philadelphia Eagles have already experienced one of the most interesting offseasons of any team in the NFL. They went through a lot of turnover both on and off the field, and they are in the headlines consistently for one of the biggest moves that hasn't quite happened yet.
The Eagles swapped out their offensive coordinator by moving on from Kevin Patullo and then going through a protracted search to replace him that ended with Packers quarterbacks coach Sean Mannion. They saw former defensive backs coach Christian Parker leave for a new job as the defensive coordinator for the division rival Cowboys. Those are two significant changes, and that's just in the coaching department.
Philly also saw starters like Jaelan Phillips, Nakobe Dean and Reed Blankenship leave in free agency, leaving some major vacancies on defense. The Eagles brought in a new backup quarterback in Andy Dalton. They took fliers on guys like Marquise Brown and Tariq Woolen. And there have been persistent rumors all offseason about potential A.J. Brown trades, even though Howie Roseman has insisted that he remains part of the team.

Omar Cooper Jr. WR Indiana • Jr • 6'0" / 199 lbs Projected Team Philadelphia PROSPECT RNK 17th POSITION RNK 3rd REC 69 REYDS 937 YDS/REC 13.6 TDS 14 Cooper works in this spot whether the Eagles trade Brown or not. He's a quick and shifty slot receiver who can diversify the passing attack if Brown and DeVonta Smith remain in their spots on the outside, or he can work as the No. 2 wideout alongside Smith if the Eagles decide to move on from Brown. Malachi Lawrence LB UCF • Sr • 6'4" / 253 lbs Projected Team Philadelphia PROSPECT RNK 58th POSITION RNK 7th Philly always looks to stack talent on the edge, and that's especially important after the departure of Jaelan Phillips. Lawrence is long and physical with good bend and closing speed around the end. Round 3, Pick 68 
Max Klare TE Ohio State • Jr • 6'4" / 246 lbs Projected Team Philadelphia PROSPECT RNK 88th POSITION RNK 5th REC 43 REYDS 448 YDS/REC 10.4 TDS 2 The Eagles brought Dallas Goedert back for another year, but they need to think about the future of the tight end position. Klare could act as the No. 2 behind Goedert this season and then take over the role for 2027 and beyond. Round 3, Pick 98 
Dametrious Crownover OL Texas A&M • Sr • 6'7" / 336 lbs Projected Team Philadelphia PROSPECT RNK 191st POSITION RNK 9th Lane Johnson is getting up there in age. We know the Eagles like to get ahead of potential needs along the offensive line, and as a right tackle, Crownover could take a couple years to develop into a potential replacement for one of the best linemen in the league. He also has the versatility to kick inside to guard if things don't work at tackle. Round 4, Pick 114 
Bud Clark S TCU • Sr • 6'2" / 190 lbs Projected Team Philadelphia PROSPECT RNK 179th POSITION RNK 10th The Eagles lost Reed Blankenship in free agency, and could use another safety next to Andrew Mukuba. Clark recorded 15 interceptions during his college career and can also work downhill in run support. Round 4, Pick 137 
Cole Payton QB North Dakota State • Sr • 6'3" / 233 lbs Projected Team Philadelphia PROSPECT RNK 93rd POSITION RNK 3rd The Eagles are always stacking talent at the quarterback position. They have Tanner McKee and Andy Dalton behind Jalen Hurts, but they could look to trade McKee for value if they find another developmental passer in the draft. Round 5, Pick 153 
Harold Perkins Jr. LB LSU • Jr • 6'1" / 222 lbs Projected Team Philadelphia PROSPECT RNK 143rd POSITION RNK 14th Perkins delivered an outrageous freshman year at LSU before getting injured and becoming a different kind of player for the rest of his college career. Perhaps the Eagles could tap back into what made him such a force during his debut season. He's probably best coming off the edge, and the Eagles could use him that way. Round 5, Pick 178 
Kaelon Black RB Indiana • Sr • 5'10" / 211 lbs Projected Team Philadelphia PROSPECT RNK POSITION RNK RUYDS 1039 YDS/ATT 5.6 REYDS 36 TDS 10 Black packs surprising power into a somewhat smaller and slighter frame. He gets downhill quickly and decisively and accelerates through the hole once he finds open space. Round 6, Pick 197 
Anez Cooper OL Miami (Fla.) • Sr • 6'6" / 334 lbs Projected Team Philadelphia PROSPECT RNK 259th POSITION RNK 19th Cooper is -- to use a technical term -- an ass-kicker who can give an offensive line room some personality.
