Dr. Orna Guralnik is back in session in the fifth season trailer for Couples Therapy, as the Paramount+ reality series has four new couples in crisis looking to save their relationships.

“Are you crying?” psychologist and psychoanalyst Guralnik asks a tearful woman at one point in the teaser as the latest season sees a volatile couple face stark political differences that fuel daily fights, while the discovery of secret, paid cuddling sessions has blindsided another couple.

The upcoming nine new episodes to debut May 15 on Paramount+ will also feature therapy sessions for two people about to move in together and derailed by an autism diagnosis, while teenage sweethearts discover 20 years after falling in love they’ve outgrown the relationship.
