President Donald Trump reacted to Fox News’ surprise announcement Thursday that it has parted ways with Maria Bartiromo, who had been an anchor on Fox News and Fox Business Network for more than 12 years.

Fox News did not provide a reason for its dismissal of Bartiromo, a former prominent CNBC anchor who joined Fox Business in 2014. She last appeared Fox News on Aug. 9.

In recent years, Bartiromo, nicknamed “The Money Honey” during her two-decade tenure at CNBC, has become increasingly enamored of Trump and receptive to various MAGA conspiracy theories.
