West Ham have signed France international Estelle Cascarino on a permanent deal following an initial six-month loan spell.
The defender has signed a three-year contract and joins from Serie A side Juventus.
Cascarino spent the second half of last season on loan at West Ham, making 12 appearances in all competitions.
The 29-year-old earned a recall to the France squad in February and helped West Ham move off the bottom of the table to 10th place.
"I feel really happy to be back at West Ham United," said Cascarino.
"I made the decision quickly that I wanted to be back here permanently. From the beginning, this club has felt like home. I enjoyed every minute of my time here.
"I'm looking forward to being here now for pre-season, to working with Rita [Guarino] and her staff and this group of players."
Cascarino made 49 appearances in three years at Juventus and won the league title, Coppa Italia trophy and Supercoppa Italiana in the 2023-24 season.
She previously had spells at Manchester United, Lyon, Paris FC, Bordeaux and Paris Saint-Germain.
"We're really pleased that Estelle has extended her stay with us," added manager Guarino.
"It was very important that we retained a defender of Estelle's quality. Her impact when she arrived in January was crucial in us achieving our aim of securing our status as a WSL club.
"Her experience and ability will be crucial as we look to progress this season and I'm looking forward to working with her again."
