Deadly flash flooding hits KentuckyClose

Flash flooding has left at least four people dead, with 60 water rescues and evacuations carried out across Kentucky. Heavy rainfall inundated roads and flooded homes, leaving communities with widespread damage. Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear has declared a state of emergency and said he will seek both public and individual assistance to support recovery efforts.
