The Clive Davis and Recording Academy’s Pre-Grammy Gala will take place on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2027, at its longtime home of the Beverly Hilton, as always, the evening before the Grammy Awards. However, for the first time, the man himself will not physically be there, as Davis passed away on June 22 at the age of 94.

But he’ll definitely be there in every other way. According to the announcement, the show is “expected to feature spectacular performances from major artists while honoring the life and legacy of the late Clive Davis, the four-time Grammy winner created the Pre-Grammy Gala in 1976 and partnered with the Recording Academy in 2009 to present the star-studded event.”
