Courtesy of Vince Aung Carly Rae Jepsen has announced a 24-track double album titled “Day and Night,” releasing September 18 via Interscope Records.
The album will be divided into “Day” and “Night” sections, each of which will have 12 songs. According to a release, “Day” is “organic and raw, with live instrumentation and hints of ’70s-inspired psychedelic pop.” “Night” is “exploratory and intense, shifting into a sleek, synth-driven world of dance pop.” For the project, Jepsen collaborated with Tavish Crowe, Kyle Shearer, Nate Cyphert and Cole M.G.N.
