Clea DuVall is set to write and direct the feature that is in the works at TriStar Pictures and serves as the follow-up to the original 1989 comedy that starred Shelley Long.
Plot details are currently under wraps. Laurence Mark (The Greatest Showman) serves as a producer alongside Diaz and the star’s business partner, Katherine Power.
